National Chapters:

At Club, we feel that the international market requires some "sister" associations throughout Europe to:

- Take into account each national dimension (technical, structural, political, financial)

- Strengthen the e-purses and other applications developed nationally

- Promote European interoperability  

- Include local partnerships, other than operators (banks, manufacturers...)
