CLUB is a non-profit organisation, governed by an administrative body and a coordinator:

Chairperson : RATP, represented by mister Philippe Vappereau. A board and president is elected by Club members. Only companies are elected, and then appoints a representant.

Coordination and communication by coordinator in order to :

- collect and circulate on-going information from / towards members and other sources of information (specialised newspapers, conferences and exhibitions, new technical offers...)

- prepare and settle International CLUB conferences

- monitor financial operations

- be in charge, develop and extend public relations : provide general communication tools for the benefit of CLUB and for use by its members (brochure, website with restricted-area database, presentation support for exhibitions...), participate in major conferences to promote the association... The current coordinator is located in Paris for the time being.
