Thematic visits of network are organised in order to point up recent rolling-out in order to understand all the issues relating to the setting-up of a project through the visit of concrete installation. The visit is aiming to bring to members the information they need to help them in the preparation of a generalisation.A first phase enable members to understand the choices and the components of the system: presentations of initial objectives, the main steps of the project, the new customer relationship management, the card distribution, the client satisfaction, the problems occurred and the forthcoming steps.
A second phase is dedicated to the demonstration of the rolling-out on site with relating discussion. Delegates met the equipment specialists and can ask them lots of the questions.
