THE NEXT CLUB CONFERENCE: MONTREAL, CANADA, SEPTEMBER 24th-26th 2009
STM, The Montréal Transport company in Montreal has lauched it contactless card, the "OPUS card", and a lot of other innovative service to its clients. It has been a several years process involving the replacement of 1580 validators in buses, 490 electronic doors in the subway. Right now around seven hundreds cards are in cisulation, with approximatively one million validations a day. You will learn averything about this project during our events but more than that, we would like to give you a preview of the world's most innovative projects, from Europe, America and Asia!
Club has been evolving over the years, with the help of its members, partners, and conference attendees.
The website is once again going works. The biggest part is finished. Four years ago, the graphic identity of CLUB changed, as well as its orientations. Club opened to suppliers and consultants and in a few years grew from fifteen members to almost thirty today. The subjects addressed during our events, as well as the audiences have been more and more consistent with the new demands of the smart card industry. Mobile phone companies, banks, have become regular guests and speakers at our conferences.
